Terms and Conditions

Park Royal Beers is a trading name of H R Drinks (Wholesale) Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10931705), registered office Unit 14 Thornham Grove, Stratford, London E15 1DN.

These terms apply to every order placed on parkroyalbeers.co.uk or by phone. Please read them before ordering.

Age restriction: over 18s only

We only sell alcohol to people aged 18 or over. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or over. It is an offence for anyone under 18 to buy, or attempt to buy, alcohol, and for anyone to buy alcohol on behalf of someone under 18. Our drivers may ask the person receiving the delivery for photo ID showing they are 18 or over. If no one aged 18 or over can accept the delivery, or suitable ID is not shown when asked, we will not hand over the goods and the order may be cancelled or re-delivered at an extra charge.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email or phone. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price is shown in error, or we cannot deliver to your address on the day requested. If we decline an order after taking payment, we will refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. Where a price is marked "ex VAT", VAT at the current rate is added at checkout. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Delivery

Delivery areas, times and charges are set out in our Delivery Policy. Same-day delivery times are estimates and are confirmed when we accept your order. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes to you once we have received payment in full.

Kegs and containers

Where a keg, cask or gas cylinder is supplied on a returnable basis, the container remains the property of the brewer or supplier. Please keep empty containers safe and available for collection.

Returns and faulty goods

Please see our Returns and Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. For business customers, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or indirect loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, road closures or supplier shortages. We will tell you as soon as possible and offer a new delivery time or a refund.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
