Where we deliver

We deliver across London, Essex, Surrey, Hertfordshire and Kent, 7 days a week, using our own drivers. If you are outside these areas, please call us before ordering, as we can often still help.

Same-day and next-day delivery

Same-day emergency delivery is available across our delivery area. For the fastest delivery, call us on 020 8963 0085 as soon as you know you need stock, and we will confirm a delivery time. Orders placed online are confirmed by phone or email with an estimated delivery time. Next-day delivery is also available.

Receiving your delivery

Someone aged 18 or over must be available to accept the delivery, and our driver may ask for photo ID. Please make sure there is safe access to your delivery point or cellar. If we cannot deliver because no one aged 18 or over is available, suitable ID is not shown, or the delivery point is not accessible, we may charge for re-delivery.

Delays

If we are delayed, we will contact you with an updated time. If we cannot deliver on the day agreed, you may cancel for a full refund.
